Dehydration

Hydration status: - we are half solvent, and we're leaky. (Men: 51-61%; Women: 47-57%) - Our blood and extracellular fluids form an elegant soup: "Hydration" describes whether there's enough water in the soup. Hydration determines whether we function well. Dehydration is treated with water. "Volume" describes whether there's enough soup. Volume determines whether we have blood pressure. "I have blood pressure, therefore I think." Volume depletion requires salty water.
