Miracle Narratives In Luke
For all of you who are interested in the work I am doing in Oxford, here
are some links to the essays I wrote in Michaelmas Term 2003. Please keep
in mind that these essays are not "polished" in any sense. Nor are
they always representative of my own opinions on the matters discussed.
Their primary purpose was to force me to read and think about the works
of several different scholars (not all of whom are indicated in the
bibliographical notes). Here they are in the order in which I wrote them:
I will be submitting several essays for evaluation this year--four in June and
one in September. These are representative of my (current) views. I will post
the rough drafts of these essays as I complete them. Please feel free to
contact me with any comments you have. I welcome suggestions for improvements!
If you are interested in knowing how these essays relate to my studies
as a whole, you might want to read my research proposal, which outlines
my proposed doctoral dissertation (thesis, if you speak British English):
Proposal to Research the Relationship between Paul and Peter and James
and the Implication of That Relationship for Paul's Knowledge of the Jesus
Traditions.
