Carved stone ceiling of the Hall of the Bodleian Library, Oxford University.
This is the first of its kind, with carved stone pendants. The coats of arms of the major donors and the initials of other donors are carved into key blocks of the ceiling.

The Radcliffe Camera, S face, late afternoon on a fair winter day. This is a monument to the Medical Ego of John Radcliffe, MD, who left a bag of money and his books and a directive to build this enormous waste of space which has become the International Symbol of Oxford, an ornate and lovable old dinosaur.
