• Using any medication within one year of first release (The FAA does not approve – based on sad experience – the use by pilots of any newly approved medication. Example: Chantix for smoking discontinuance)

• High blood pressure

• Thyroid medication

• Obstructive sleep apnea

• Pre-diabetes on medication

• Any eye condition that's continuing

• Migraine headaches requiring medication
